House Cleansing 101

You read that right!

Sure, you’ve been cleaning house for years.

House Cleansing is different.

It’s about cleansing your rooms of anything that could be making you and your family, your pets, sick, bloated, allergic, and fatigued or agitated on a daily basis.

Today, Let’s start with the kitchen.

Look under your sink or wherever you keep your cleaning products ~

Take all of those cancer causing chemicals to the toxic waste dump.

Have you ever wondered why so many women have been dying of cancer since the 1970’s  you guessed it!

Make a commitment today to start using biodegradable products like Borax, washing soda, baking soda, plain white vinegar, essential oils to do your cleaning.

Your family will thank you , your pets will thank you, and you will add years to your life.

Throw out those hand sanitizers and learn to embrace the fact that we live in a world full of bacteria, good and bad.  Your body is built to naturally adapt to these and fight them off if you will allow it.

Take a look in your pantry and discard or donate anything that is not organic, has chemicals that you cannot pronounce, contains any form of corn, wheat or soy.

Tell Arthur Itis to find another home, and reduce or cut out your dairy intake.

The fewer ingredients the better, ie. butter should be made from cream with no added food coloring ~         Life is too short to eat margarine instead of butter.

Live as the French do with pure wholesome food made from scratch whenever possible.

Store your food in glass containers, not plastic.  Plastic gases off into the food.

Cook in stainless steel pots or cast iron.

If non-stick fumes can kill the canary, what more proof do you need?

Reducing plastic bags is a big one.

Find an alternative.

Bring your own bags to the grocery store.

Recycle whenever possible.

Don’t buy-in to the dieting hype in the grocery stores pushing the latest low-fat, non-fat, gluten free, all natural chemical -laden products.

Take time to read the labels.  Avoid the processed food isles.

Filter your water.

Learn the art of fermentation and canning.

Embrace more superfoods into your life.

Start juicing fresh fruits and vegetables.

Try not to cook full meals in the microwave, and don’t stand near it when it’s running.

Enjoy more meals with the family,

Eat out less often and demand that your favorite restaurants go organic.

Say a prayer over your food. It raises it’s vibration.

Support your local organic farmers.

Make your coffee at home.

Follow my blog for easy, clean recipes.

Give thanks for the power you have in your own home and the freedom to choose a healthy lifestyle for you and your family.

You are worth it!

Turn your eating area into your favorite little bistro by decorating it with uplifting pictures, comfortable chairs, and pretty window treatments.

Clear the clutter and make it special.

Stenciled wall treatment just in time for Fall

If I could shout this from the rooftops, I would.  It’s time to take a stand for our food, and the way it’s produced.  I’m tired of seeing so many who are suffering because the food that we are eating is making us sick.  Even Grass fed, organic meats have been found to be getting gmo’s in the vaccines that are given to the livestock.  ( information taken from the GMO’s Revealed, and spoken by Sayer Ji., founder of Green med info,  check it out )  Namaste~ The god in me, bows to the god in you.

Lion’s Gate Meditation and how to prepare

IMG_4641
Mini altar

Cottage Mavens, I was astounded and amazed when I saw that people from 16 countries had read my blog yesterday. (46 countries year- to- date )

At that moment, I was glad that the “translator” was on.

Finally, hitting the 3 year mark, I don’t think I started writing on the blog right away.

And once I did, I started out gingerly, tip-toeing in to the blog world, not sure what I would be writing about.

Things started to shift and evolve within me.

Thinking that I would write about decorating and all things related, my spirituality started showing up in a big way.

There were messages coming through that I needed to share with the world.

When I started to share these things, my heart began to fill up.

Even though I have just over 200 followers, I continue to blog.  I’m not only inspiring myself, but hopefully others. 😉

IMG_4647

Even if you don’t know what the Lion’s Gate portal is on 8-8-17 (8), the full moon eclipse, the global shift, etc. etc. etc. , you can prepare for this worldwide event by preparing your altar.

The full moon in Aquarius, the friendly sign, will most likely be bringing people together, and with the sun in Leo, there may be large gatherings, parties, and get- togethers done on a larger scale – or you may choose to spend the time with those closest to your heart.

IMG_4651
Elements of an altar

Whichever way it plays out for you, there are several things you can do to prepare.

Create an Altar ~ this can be temporary or permanent.

Here are some suggestions for you to try…

Your altar can be simple or extravagant, it is entirely up to you.

  1. create a central focal point, like in any good design!
  2. You can start with a table, place a cloth on the table if desired.
  3. add pictures of the Christed ones such as Jesus, Paramahansa Yogananda, Babaji, Lord Buddha, Amachi, your own personal guru, your ancestors, or a symbol that denotes peace, love, and world unity.

You can also use a large rock or crystal

IMG_4646
Large Selenite Crystal with Quartz Point on top

Add something from each of the elements, ie. fire, earth, wood, air, water, using natural living things found in your environment.

Fire ~ Candles, Incense, Sage wand

Earth ~ Crystals, rocks, lava, dirt

Water~ a bowl of water, a mirror,

Wood ~ Herbs, Flowers, leaves – here I’m using leaves, Rosemary for longevity, faithfulness, and spiritual strength.  Sage for clarity and guidance.

Air ~ feathers, bird nests

Written affirmations

Look for things close to your home, or take a walk and see what finds you!

The idea is not to go out and buy a bunch of stuff or spend a lot of money on your altar.

Find things from Nature, the elements, or your kitchen!

IMG_4650

As I’m sitting here with this altar, sacred space, with all of it’s beauty, softness, and grace, I feel deep emotion, blessings, and so much love in my heart.

The energy of the herbs, flowers, crystals, send forth their love, fragrance, and gratitude, making our job easier.

Our job of sending this love and gratitude worldwide.

Why wait until the full moon?

Get the family involved in this vigil, this ceremony.

Spend time meditating near your altar infusing it with your peace.

Then, on the full moon, collect the energy of your altar, rolling your hands over it and collecting it up into a great ball of light.

Give your energy ball a blessing and send it out into the Universe.

Every Sunday, in August there will be worldwide global unity prayer circles.

Keep your altar refreshed.

Create a group of your own .

Keep the Ball rolling!

Feel the peace in your heart and become a “smile millionaire”* giving your smiles away to all you come into contact with. ( smile millionaire first coined by Paramahansa Yogananda)

How to get unstuck from Emotions that may be holding you back.

IMG_4635

First of all, if you are feeling stuck emotions, depression, a sense of helplessness, it’s important to honor those feelings, spend time with them, feel them through and you may find yourself coming out of the tunnel on the other side with some new insights, refreshed energy levels, and some inspiration of what to do next.

Find out what’s blocking you.  Dive deep into your feelings to see if you can “see” what’s holding you back.  Do you need to let go of something, forgive yourself or someone else, speak your feeling to someone?  Or are you just trying to control something that is not yours to control? Practice Self-Reflection. Step out of yourself, and take a serious look at yourself from an objective point-of-view.  What do you see?

Sometimes the only thing that will help at the moment is to just take a nap.

Sleep as much as you need to.

IMG_3663

Start a journal ~ If you can write every day before you even get out of bed or while you have your morning coffee, just dump all of your thoughts and feelings onto the pages.

I like to do a ‘stream of consciousness” writing where I write down every thing that I am hearing ( like the fan), feeling in my body, any thoughts that come up , random things that I think about.  This can give you some insight into what it is that’s bothering you.

It’s also a way of getting in touch with your intuition.

After journaling each day, just say a simple prayer ” Heavenly Father, Divine Mother, Friend, Beloved God, Angels and guides, I surrender these feelings and thoughts to you.  show me what I need most today on my journey to self-healing.  guide me by your loving hand to make the right choices for my life.  If I cannot handle my feelings today, send me an angel to lift me out of despair.  Help me to recognize that I am not alone in this life.  show me a way to rise above my sorrow and reach out to others.  I put my trust in you.  Wrap me in your loving arms as I go about my day.  Help me to have a deeper understanding of myself and others so that I can feel your Divine presence in every thing.  Om _ Peace _ Amen.

IMG_4627
my sacred space/altar

Create a Sacred Space in your home where you can just be.

Whether it’s a corner of a room or ideally a whole room, decorate it, paint it your favorite color.  add uplifting words and pictures, or things from Nature.

Bring in some soothing music or even music that you enjoyed at your happiest times.

Make this your go-to place of retreat where you can work through your feelings and pour your heart out to God or your chosen source of comfort.

Wear your favorite colors.  What colors are you drawn to? think about this for a minute.  There’s a reason you are drawn to certain colors.  They can help heal you!  Honor the impulse.  buy some new underwear.  Go shopping and try on some clothes that are totally out-of-the-box from you usual.  Your fantasy self.  You may discover that you like some aspects and incorporate them into your wardrobe.

Try wearing natural gemstone jewelry.

Visit a crystal shop and discover which ones you are drawn to.  Keep your favorite crystal next to your bed. or on your mini-altar.

Citrine for Joy!

Amethyst for peace.

Rose Quartz for love and connecting to your heart center.

Walk through your home.

Is there any clutter?

Dead plants?

Images that don’t uplift?

Old tired or broken furniture?

Dust bunnies?

If so, they are depleting your energy every time you pass by them.

If you can’t muster up the energy to do it yourself, then call someone to come and help you.

a cheerful house cleaner could be just what you need.

Sit down and draw a picture of your home.

Or start with one room.

Put your drawing in a chair and sit across from it.

Have a conversation with this room or with your house drawing.

Ask it what it needs.

Write down what ever comes up.

You may be surprised.

Be sure to take action on whatever it tells you.

This is a fun exercise.

I hope you try it.

IMG_4630
Herb garden, parsley and sage

Try planting a garden.

Working with plants can be very uplifting.

Bring some fresh greenery indoors. Or a big fresh bouquet of flowers!

Plan an herb garden in your kitchen window.

Open the windows and let the fresh air come in.  Bring more light in.

Is there enough lighting in each room?  Add some lamps for ambient lighting.

Clean the windows so the natural light can fill your space.  This will help you “see” what’s blocking you.

IMG_4629
Try a clay pot tray for your smudge wand

Aromatherapy

Have you smudged yourself lately?

Sage wand – dispels negative energy and clears the air of heavy dross.  It also carries your prayers on the smoke!

Sweet Grass – Brings in the beautiful, positive energies.

IMG_4628

Nag Champa insense is used in temples.  I always burn this after cleaning a room.  It brings a calming influence, and my family loves it!

Palo Santo is my new favorite insense!  It brings in a soft intimate feel to the room, enhances intuition, and opens your mind to see more clearly.

Eucalyptus Room Spray – energizes, clears stagnant energy, freshens, and discourages dust mites.

Lavender – is a loving, peaceful, and comforting sent.

rose – is very beautiful, romantic, and soft, helps you feel from your heart.

Orange Blossom – uplifting, happy.

( see how I make my own smudge spray here.)

IMG_2990

Spend time in Nature!

IMG_4633
Dancing Plumeria trees

This is where I feel most connected to Source.  Spend some time hanging out with trees.  They are known as the “tall ones standing, praying” in the Native American culture.

They will help you on your journey and lift some of your burdens.

Do you have a pet?

Animals are very prescient of what’s going on with us.

They have been some of my greatest healers.

I used to cry to my cat, Monkey.  He would stay with me , purring, comforting me.

I also had the opportunity to care for a boston terrier named Lucy.  She would come into my room every morning and get me out for a walk.  We would hang out at the park and commune with the trees.  I received so much healing during that time.

Hobbies – Do you have a hobby?  Now’s the time to dive right in to that hobby.  It will help you shift your mind to something creative.  Try something new.  And remember all art is perfect! and so are you, just the way you are!

Try this prayer, or wish wall hanging made from old magazines, a tree branch, wooden clothespins,  some bakers twine, and your positive intentions or affirmations!

IMG_4333

You can learn how here.

Try to eat some raw, living food at least once a day – Organic fruits and vegetables.

Drink lots of pure water.

Exercise

Get a massage

Clean your colon.  A lot of trapped emotions could be sitting in your colon, causing mental and emotional pain

Find a professional colon therapist with five or more years of experience, who uses the “closed” method.  Go in for at least three treatments over a three week period.

Following bread crumbs…How did Hansel and Gretel survive?

By practicing the 27 days of Feng Shui challenge here, and 30 days of Gratitude here at the beginning of the year, I think of the story about Hansel and Gretel leaving bread crumbs along their trail in the forest so they could find their way home upon returning.

The Forest

We’ve made the clearing by eliminating all of those things that no longer spark joy.

Hansel and Gretel were left in the forest because their parents couldn’t afford to feed them.  They expected them to become lost.

The forest is your home.  By clearing your clutter you will see your way more clearly.

The bread crumbs

We’ve laid a path of gratitude and love, taking time to appreciate the people, circumstances, and  blessing that are present in our lives.

Hansel and Gretel dropped bread crumbs along the path, thinking this would lead them back home.  Little did they know, that the critters in the forest were hungry and would eat all of the bread crumbs. (The bread crumbs symbolize insincere prayers that are not heart felt. )

The ginger bread house

There may be distractions along the way. ( When Hansel and Gretel saw the house made of ginger bread, their hunger got the best of them, and all they could think of was devouring that house!)

Habits, moods, circumstances can draw us in and cause us to lose our focus.

The Witch

We’ve faced head-on some of the less than pleasant things in our lives and hopefully pushed pass them.

Or maybe they found a way to move on.

It seems that everyone is hungry in this story, even the witch!  She was planning to eat the children for dinner!

Perhaps, their hunger was a Spiritual Hunger, that could only be satisfied by a Connection to Spirit.  ( Everything else can wait, but your search for God cannot wait. Once the connection to your God Source is established, all of your needs are satisfied. )

The Oven

You may have escaped from “the oven” of uncertainty and witnessed a miracle, or been given more clarity.  ( The oven is the Fire of Spirit directing your life and burning up the dross of a matter based existence. )

After the children pushed the witch into the oven, they were free.

Now, it’s time to turn and face the path home and hope the birds haven’t made a meal of your bread crumbs.

Practicing gratitude should be an everyday occurrence by now.

Gratitude promotes prosperity and healing in our lives.

Even if the birds have devoured some of your carefully laid bread crumbs, you can look for other signs to find your way home.

The signs that the Universe brings are sometimes subtle and easy to overlook, to miss all together, or to discount their validity.

And you may not get reminders if you ignore them.

Have you ever regretted not doing something when the signs  were all around you?

I have.

What kinds of signs can you expect?

You could receive a hunch or an idea.

You might see something that reminds you of someone.

Nature often sends signs.

You could get a strong feeling that every thing’s going to be okay.  That could be an Angel whispering in your ear.

You could feel a strong urge to take an action.

You could see a message on a license plate while driving.

Whatever it is, take notice, jot it down in a journal or a notebook, or take action.

Start collecting those bread crumbs or signs that you see along your path.

This is how the Universe guides us.

When we are doing “inner work” there’s a time for sewing the seeds and reaping the harvest.

It takes time.

Sometimes years.

It’s important to do the work of decluttering, training our minds to expect the best, pushing through adversity, and practicing patience through trust and faith.

Watch for the signs and be ready to act when an opportunity presents itself.

************************************************************************

  1. Stay in tip-top form, by staying physically active – exercise and nutrition
  2. Update your wardrobe so you look your best.  Update your home’s “wardrobe” so it lifts your spirit.
  3. Keep mentally sound through meditation, getting plenty of sleep, learning all you can.
  4. Emotionally fit by practicing gratitude, forgiveness, and always focusing on the positive.  No more complaining.
  5. Spiritually Alert – through inner stillness, meditation and prayer, spending time in Nature.
  6. Keep a journal of the signs and symbols that come your way.

Now you are ready for the next great offer that comes your way.

Hansel and Gretel found their way home after discovering the Witch’s treasure.  They returned home to help their parents with their newly found prosperity.

Do you have an idea what the Witch’s treasure might have been?

Please leave your comments below.  I hope you enjoyed this post.  While I was writing it, I actually surprised my self with some of the things that came forward.

I wish you all the best.

30 Days of Gratitude…Day 5….

Yes! But does it flow?

Sometimes, when you first move into a place you just want to get the furniture in  place, unpack the boxes, and start living your life.

Too many times to count, I’ve left pictures along the wall on the floor, thinking that if I hang them, something disastrous will happen, and I’ll have to move again.  I guess the act of leaving them on the floor keeps things in a temporary state, leaving me impermanent in case I need to fly the coop.

Maybe boxes get shoved into a closet to be dealt with later ( NOT).

When I finally overcame these fears (there must be some deep-seated psychological meaning to all of this) my life started to flow better, my mind became more clear, and I was able to recognize when something just didn’t feel right.

IMG_3516
Grandson’s room in Hawaii

As I walk around a room, I can sense the awkward flow of movement when something is blocking the flow of energy.

Now the pictures get hung, or stored, or donated.

The boxes, too.

The clutter is cleared.

IMG_3512
Bookcase was in this corner

In this room, the bookcase was sitting next to the closet, disabling the use of the large drawers near the floor.

It’s funny that now I go into other people’s houses and move the furniture.

IMG_3511
Bookcase now sits in this corner creating better flow

At home, I had a French arm chair sitting at my personal desk.  It was pretty, but it stuck out too far and obstructed the flow of traffic when one entered through the front door.

IMG_2468
Please excuse the mess!  Before picture with French chair.

So, I changed it. ( you can see the post where I redid my desk area here.)

IMG_2667
Enter Happy Chair that slides under the desk easily.

Take a look around your space.

Do a walk-through.

Is there anything blocking your path?

Are there any unfinished projects sitting around?  Is there a clear path from room to room?

If not, there could be something blocking your life path.

Lay the bagua over your room to see if any area that’s blocked or cluttered coincides with the area of your life on the Bagua.

IMG_3293

Lay the Bagua ( see photo above) over each room with the door to the room at the bottom of the page. The door of the room will fall into either the Knowledge, Career, or Helpful People area.

When I moved my chair from the desk and put an armless chair in it’s place (which fell in my Helpful People and Travel area of the Bagua) I was offered this trip to Hawaii.

When I moved the bookcase in this bedroom so that it wasn’t blocking the drawers, (also in the Helpful People and Travel area) he was offered a chance to go to boys’ camp for the Summer.

Coincidence, you may think?

I think not….

Try it, and let me know how it works for you.

Life can be so much easier when we are in the flow.

I express gratitude for the ability and understanding to keep my life flowing.

And so it is!

30 Days of Gratitude…Day 8…..

The process of letting go, and knowing what to keep.

IMG_3723

My daughter said “It feels good to let go of things!”

This last week has been a busy one.

Last Wednesday, I met with the movers to empty an office space that was being used for storage.

We would be bringing all of it to the house we’re staying in to prep it for a yard sale.

I was flown to Hawaii specifically for this purpose.

My daughter had been paying for the storage for 6 years, since her divorce, and wanted to use the space for a photography studio for her business.

There were 20 stairs to climb and it required 6 strong men to move a three bedroom house that had been crammed into a 10 x 17 foot space.

Living on an island, I discovered that it was harder to come by furniture, and there are many transients, who don’t really invest in the good stuff.

The furniture we would be selling was all solid hard woods from Bali, some antiques, and some upholstered items.  And we were hoping to make some money.

IMG_3697

As we neared the date, the housekeeper offered her 19 year old son’s help, and I agreed.

After the first day, we started getting a different perspective on what we had, and how much we were willing to part with it.

We extended the yard sale to the second day, as we still had all of the upholstered pieces and most of the case goods left to sell.

Since my daughter is in the process of looking for a house to buy, she decided to keep all of the case goods if we could find a spot in the current rental for them.

The second day, our young man, helped us move the bookcases, night stands, and consoles to various rooms, to be stored until her nest move.

We had visited a consignment store as a backup plan, as the furniture left from the sale needed to be gone before the next weekend as there would be a party.

The consignment store would charge for moving the furniture and keep 50 percent of the sales.

We decided that this would be a last resort.

If the “last resort” was to go to consignment, I figured that even if I slashed our prices we would still make more than if we used consignment.

I was listing on Craigslist and Facebook local sale pages.

We had two balmy days with fragrant tropical breezes, and no rain.

It was like a revelation for my daughter to realize that she could actually keep most of her cherished pieces and make use of them now.

IMG_3771

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Lesson learned – – –

  • storing furniture for 6 years, you’ve paid for it 10 times over at $500 per month
  • It cost over $800 to have it moved from storage
  • we paid our helper $100 for two days at $10 per hour
  • Our profit was about $700
  • my daughter now has nice furniture for her new home that she loves, and she will only have to buy some key pieces to fill in

Cottage Mavens,

When considering what to let go of and what to keep:

  1. Try to invest in solid wood furniture with classic lines – it will last your whole life, and has better resale value if you decide to sell it
  2. Before considering storage, unless it’s for a short period, let your stuff go.  Sell it, give it away, consign it.
  3. The money spent on storing items can go into your savings account and give you a new start later on.   Think of the fun you’ll have buying new stuff with all the money you saved.
  4. It takes a strong back to move furniture.  I’ve been sore for two days working that sale, helping to move all of that furniture.
  5. It costs more money to pay someone to help you move it.
  6. It’s better to donate useable stuff, than to throw it away.  Someone less fortunate can always use it, and it won’t go the land fills.

We took two carloads to the donation center.

I have much gratitude for this valuable lesson.

I met some really nice people in the last two days.

We got to know the neighbors a little more.

My daughter is no longer paying for storage.

Finding Sacred Space in a troubled world

image
Sacred Space

There’s no doubt in my mind that our world is changing and how our recent election in the U.S. has really stirred-the-pot, shaken people to their core, and hopefully gotten each person to take a look inside and re-visit core values.

I think of all the classes that I took when attending CSU Sacramento, Mass Media and Society is the one that had the most impact.  What I took away from that class gave me direction on how I wanted to live my life.

Over the years since, I have seen how television and the media has changed and how it has changed people.

I imagined that in the 50’s, the powers-that-be got together and had meetings on how to “market” a new set of standards to the American public.

There was a standard put in place, through the media, that women should stay home, kids should eat sugary cereals, and that smoking was a cool thing to do, and we rarely saw people of color on TV.

Fast forward to the present, where we see the impact of the media being sold to our children.  How many children have cell phones, X Boxes, TV’s in their bed rooms?

Mass media, a form of brainwashing, is welcomed in almost every household as a necessity.  We cannot operate without phones, computers, and TVs.

The people in marketing are studying trends so they can make the most profit when a need is trending.

Think about this for a moment:  The more fast food, processed food that the population eats, the sicker the majority becomes which leads to bigger hospitals, more pharmaceuticals needed, and why not focus on the family pet while they’re at it.  Every day, we are being promoted to by billboards, magazine, radio, television, cell phones, pop up ads to use drugs.

Mass media has done it’s job to create fear and mistrust and blind trust in general.

Enough said….

So, with all of this, where do we go to find Sacred Space, where we can be left alone with our own thoughts, our own ideas, our own feelings, and stay in connection with our Divine presence?

Do we have to wait for a vacation to find a spot in Nature where we can reconnect with our essence?

Do we have to wait for a Sunday to attend religious services?

Have we lost touch with what’s real vs. what’s fed to us through the media?

Has the media pre-empted our need for a spiritual connection?

Is it luring us away from our innate truth, our authenticity, our understanding, intuition, and our compassion for people as a whole?

Creating Sacred Space in the home is a critical necessity in this day and time, a Cottage value, if you will, to make a place in your home, in each room even, to establish your family’s values, to anchor the presence of the Divine in your life, to remind you of your core values.

There is a Hawaiian prayer used for healing of everyday life:

Ho’oponopono

It means:

I love you (God or the God in you and me)

I’m sorry ( for at times losing this connection)

Please forgive me (for forgetting that I am Love)

Thankyou ( for blessing me always)

When repeated in the mind’s eye these words can bring profound and miraculous healing.

The words can be internally repeated when we feel fear, when we have issues, to a body part or pain, to our rooms,to our family, friends, and pets, to those who are deceased, to the world, to God.

Each person can take this and embrace it as their responsibility or choose to ignore it, and let the powerful force of the mass media control their thoughts.

The words of the Ho’oponopono prayer are powerful cleansing tools to erase from our consciousness the tapes recorded over our lifetimes that are embedded in our unconscious and affect our lives everyday.

These words can create the sacred space necessary to hold onto the connection with our Creator, to anchor us in the Divine’s embrace.

It is a simple tool, when used with sincerity can cleanse old pains that are keeping us stuck in fear, and show us a way to carry on in the face of difficulties.

It is a tool that can bring such a feeling of love inside that you will feel like you have found Heaven on Earth, as it is life-changing.

It is the safest, most private way to carry your Sacred Space within your heart, where no one can take it away from you, no matter what happens.

I didn’t know where I was going with this post.  At first, I thought I would be talking about mini-altars in the home, but I was led to understand that each person needs to carve a Sacred Space right in their heart by using the healing prayer of Ho’Oponopono.

Like I said, the pot has been stirred, and each person is being called to tunnel into their heart and create your sacred space in the sanctity of your own soul and keep the fire stoked by using the cleaning prayer.

By God’s grace, I love you, I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thankyou.
