30 Days of Gratitude…Day 24……

When I’m in California which is my home, I’m content.

My house is well equipped with every thing I need and I have plenty of things to keep me busy.  I have certain things that I enjoy collecting for the decoration of my home.  These are things that I enjoy looking at, and that bring me joy.

Some of the things I like are –

Hand painted porcelain from Italy and Mexico

Hand carved pieces from India

Moroccan Bone Inlay furniture

Blown Glass

Natural stones and crystals

Venetian mirrors

The pieces in my home, are in the smaller scale.

These are things that I appreciate and love that I’ve purchased according to my budget at the time.

My current visit to Hawaii is a house that I’m in for the very first time.

But as I look around I see many familiar elements to my own home, but on a much grander scale.

Here are some of the things in the Hawaii house that are similar to the ones in my home in California

Hand painted jugs

a large selenium crystal

hand carved pieces from India

Blown glass

Indian silver mirror

These are all things that I resonate with.

As I noticed this familiarity, I wondered at the hidden message in all of this.

Once we understand that everything is energy we can begin to notice these subtle messages.

Everything here in Hawaii is on a much larger scale than what I have in California.

For instance:  I have a frame or vase that is hand painted,

But here in Hawaii, we have large hand painted jugs.

Where I have a carved letter holder,

Here we have a whole table or bookcase that is hand carved

Where I have a selenite wand

Here we have a selenite column.

Where I have a marble lamp.

Here we have an entire counter of marble

My first thought was that my life is expanding.

I’ve released the old, the worn, the out-dated and it has fallen away as though I’ve shed my skin, like a snake does when it grows larger.

By clearing away and expressing gratitude our life not only takes on more clarity, but we also make room for expansion.

It’s as though the butterfly is being released from the cocoon – preparing for it’s first flight.

By clearing our mind and reaching for gratitude we allow for transformation.

Today I am grateful for the clarity I have for my soul’s expansion.  I trust that I am guided for my highest good.

And so it is!

I’ve started down the path, clearing, gratitude, small moments of clarity. I think after I get back home from California in May, I’ll find more energy and focus on this journey.
