I wanted to share this recipe with you. It is packed with so much flavor.
Start with your favorite greens.
Baby Spinach, lettuce, etc.
1/2 minced red onion
flax or olive oil
1/2 squeezed lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of cashews
Himalayan Sea Salts ( to taste)
All Organic if possible
Mince the garlic with the lemon juice in the mini chopper.
Next add the flax oil to the chopper. Put it all in a bowl.
Next mince the cashews.
Then put it all on the salad greens.
Toss well, and enjoy.
